भारत देश में लगातार दो वर्षों से कोविड-19 संक्रमण के चलते जहां स्कूल के छोटे बच्चों एवं बड़ी क्लास में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों के जीवन पर इसका खासा प्रभाव पड़ा है, उत्तराखंड क्षेत्र में गांव के छोटे बच्चे सुबह-सुबह अपने स्कूल जाया करते थे, और शाम को स्कूल से छुट्टी होने के बाद घर वापस जाकर खाना खाकर स्कूल का होमवर्क करने के लिए बैठ जाते थे, लेकिन पिछले डेढ़ वर्षो में देश के सभी जिलों में एवं उत्तराखंड के सभी गांव में करो ना संक्रमण ने लगातार अपना प्रभाव डाला है ।जिससे काफी कुछ बदलने लगा है, घरों मैं छोटे बच्चों का पढ़ाई लिखाई करना बंद हो गया है, हाई स्कूल इंटर जैसे उच्च क्लासों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों पर भी इसका प्रभाव पड़ा है,एवं उत्तराखंड प्रदेश के ग्रामीण इलाकों के जंगलों में लगातार पेड़ पौधों को नुकसान पहुंचाने के लिए जंगलों को आग के हवाले कर दिया जा रहा है, इन सभी विषयों को ध्यान में रखते हुए पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं बच्चों की शिक्षा के लिए वर्तमान 2021 जुलाई मेंl
उत्तराखंड में Intileo Welfare foundation के (प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉक्टर त्रिलोक चंद सोनी जी )की अध्यक्षता में ऑस्ट्रेलिया के intileo वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष भुवन भट्ट( Bhuvan Bhatt) जी के द्वारा इस गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए उत्तराखंड में फाउंडेशन को शुरू किया गया है, एवं फाउंडेशन के द्वारा बच्चों की पढ़ाई लिखाई ऊपर करने के लिए बच्चों के उज्जवल भविष्य के लिए ऑनलाइन फोन के जरिए फ्री में बच्चों को शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए Int Educare ऐप लॉन्च किया गयाहै, जिसका प्रचार प्रसार अभी उत्तराखंड में वृक्ष मित्र डॉ त्रिलोक चंद सोनी जी के समया अनुसार किया जा रहा है, तथा इस फाउंडेशन में उन व्यक्तियों को भी जोड़ा जा रहा है ,जो किसी कारणवश बेरोजगार हो रहे हैं एवं उनकी पढ़ाई लिखाई खराब हो रही है, जीवन अंधेरे में व्यतीत हो रहा है ,उत्तराखंड में किसी व्यक्ति के अंदर कुछ ऐसा टैलेंट जो सभी से छुपा है ,उन सभी को ध्यान में रखते हुए उन्हें मार्गदर्शन दिया जा रहा है और उन्हें फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से रोजगार प्राप्त कराया जा रहा है, वर्तमान में लगभग काफी लोग आई एन टी एजुकेयर ऐप डाउनलोड कर रहे हैं, इसके लिए हम आप से भी गुजारिश करते हैं कि आप अपने फोन के प्ले स्टोर में जाएं सर्च बॉक्स में टाइप करें(Int educare)
